The White Rabbit plugin identifies streamed content through a browser extension and allows users to offer White Rabbit Tokens (WRT) as payment guarantees. Smart contracts automate the token deduction from users' accounts, transferring them to content rights holders. In cases where no smart contract exists, rights holders can either create one or reject the tokens, which are then securely returned to the user.

White Rabbit ensures a fair payment system for content creators while allowing users to access and support their favorite films and series from various peer-to-peer platforms. The system provides a personalized content library, the Rabbit Hole, offering exclusive materials and interactive experiences, such as VR screenings, directly connecting users with creators and enhancing their viewing experience.

Unlike traditional streaming platforms that often involve intermediaries and complex distribution chains, White Rabbit separates payment from distribution using blockchain technology. If a smart contract does not exist for a film or series, content rights holders can choose to create one to accept White Rabbit Tokens (WRT) as payment. If they decide to reject the tokens, these are securely returned to the user's account from an encrypted distribution pool, maintaining anonymity and ensuring a seamless user experience.
