Shira first bought Bitcoin in 2013 and has been an advocate of the subversive and liberal ideology behind crypto since then (no worries, she's HODLing). Alon was immersed in the sophisticated technology of cryptocurrency and in 2015 mined Ethereum for months on end until his wife pulled the plug on his home operation to reclaim her living room area. We both worked for the Israeli government in different capacities and accumulated over a decade of cybersecurity experience before we met in the then newly-established innovation department in 2018. We quickly joined forces and founded the FinTech Labs, integrating our passion for crypto into our professional careers for the first time.
