NovaUCD

NovaUCD is the hub of innovation and technology transfer activities at University College Dublin (UCD). It focuses on supporting and commercializing research and innovations developed within the university. NovaUCD provides services such as mentorship, office space, and access to a network of investors and industry partners to support high-tech startups, both spin-outs from UCD and companies that spin-in for collaboration.

It delivers programs like the Innovation Sprint Programme and Commercialisation Bootcamps, as well as a dedicated Accelerator programme to aid in the creation of sustainable ventures.

NovaUCD is funded through a unique public-private partnership with key collaborators including AIB Bank, Arthur Cox, Deloitte, Enterprise Ireland, Ericsson, Goodbody Stockbrokers, UCD, and Xilinx. These partners play a crucial role in supporting the center's mission to foster innovation and entrepreneurship, providing financial and strategic backing to aid in commercializing research from UCD.
