Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by DcentraLab for the Web3Index platform.

1. General Policy

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
  • We do not issue refunds for partial periods of use, unused features, or account inactivity.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before renewal if you no longer wish to use the Service.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • A technical error on our side resulted in failed or materially degraded access to paid features.
  • Duplicate billing occurred due to a platform or billing provider malfunction.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • User error (e.g. forgetting to cancel before renewal).
  • Dissatisfaction with available features or data (we encourage trial use before subscribing).
  • Account misuse or breach of our Terms of Service.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] within 14 business days of the charge in question. Please include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The billing transaction reference.
  • A clear explanation of the issue.

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued through the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above criteria.
